Turning the World Upside Down Jerusalem is an hourglass-shaped reflective surface sculpture by Anish Kapoor. Installed at the Israel Museum, it is the artist’s vision of Jerusalem  merging the heavenly with the earthly. When viewed at night, lit and with the city lights in the background, it leaves the viewers with a new sense of the city.
