The Sydney Harbour Bridge carries rail, vehicular, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic between the Sydney central business district and the North Shore.

Most tourists focus their attention to the magnificent  Sydney Opera House which is an icon on the city skyline. But look closely at the upper rim of the bridge and you will see that not all pedestrians opt for the horizontal passage.
