For over a hundred years passengers have enjoyed the dramatic views of the cityscape and the surrounding hills that define Wellington’s harbor. Starting from the center of the downtown the entrance is hidden between stores. The short ride up the takes you away from the busy city streets to the tree lined walkways of the Botanic Gardens allowing for a leisurely stroll back downtown.
