Tradition
As with all the wineries in Israel the Dadah boutique winery, located on the Makura Ranch on the western slopes of Mount Carmel, uses the most modern techniques to produce award winning wines. But immediately outside the room that houses their stainless steel vats they have kept an old wood vat. Wine making has been a tradition in Israel for thousands of years and remembering that tradition adds a special flavor to today’s wines.
