When visiting a culture so different than the one you come from you have to take a step back and realize their norm might not be the same as yours. This minor construction site has 3 labourers and 3 supervisors and of course a day-care center. The rock on the bottom right is the day-care center. You can work out who the supervisors and labourers are.
